What's The Cancellation Policy?
Monarch Beach Golf Links requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation or player reduction. MBGL reserves the right to charge a $125 no-show fee per player for cancellations within 24 hours. Charges will go to the credit card used to hold the reservation.
What's The Golf Car Policy?
Golfers from the same tee time reservation are expected to pair up and utilize the same golf car, two to a golf car when applicable. The exception to this rule is when an individual is paired up together with golfers they are not familiar with. If you are paired with a familiar group but wish to use your own solo rider golf car, please be prepared to pay an additional $25 golf car fee at check-in.
What's The Pace Of Play Policy?
TEE TIMES BEFORE 10:00 AM - Golfers who tee off before 10:00 am are required to golf in 4 hours and 15 minutes or less. If you do not think you can play in 4 hours and 15 minutes or less, please choose a tee time after 10:00 am.
TEE TIMES AFTER 10:00 AM - Golfers who tee it up after 10:00 am are asked to golf in 4 hours and 30 minutes or less.
How Many Golfers Can I Have In My Group?
There is a maximum of four (4) golfers per group.
How Can I Change My Reservation Date?
To reschedule or change your player count, please call us at 949-248-3002 ext. 5 during our business hours, from 7:00 AM until sundown.
Can I Redeem My Voucher at a Later Date?
Vouchers are collected at check-in. As long as you still have your voucher, you may use it at a later date.
Do You Collect the Voucher Number at Booking?
Yes, we collect the physical voucher upon check-in.
Voucher Terms:
- Expires six months from the issuance date (not a fixed expiration date).
- No cash value; not valid for groups of five or more.
NOTE: Monarch Beach routinely rotates the starting nine.

Monarch Beach Golf Links Redemption Process
- Club Serrano members may visit Yaamava’ app or kiosk to see Earned Rewards balance.
Club Serrano members may visit the following retail stores to redeem Earned Rewards for MBGL certificate.
- Puuhia’t Roadrunner Gift Shop
- 1891 Boutique
Each certificate is $300 in Earned Rewards and is good for one round of golf at Monarch Beach Golf Links Resort.
- Club Serrano members will provide their ID and Players Club card to the cashier. The cashier will redeem the Earned Rewards and issue the voucher with the date of issue on the voucher. Voucher will then be valid for 6 months.
- Club Serrano Member will be asked to initial the voucher to acknowledge the terms and expiration date.
- To book Tee Time Club Serrano members will scan the QR code provided on the voucher or by contacting the golf shop at 949-248-3002 Ext. 5.
- Club Serrano Member must bring voucher to the MBGL Front Desk for round of golf payment.
