1. Battle of the West Slot Tournament Qualifiers:
2. The Battle of the West Slot Tournament Qualifiers will be held in the Rockin' Casino Slot Tournament area located on the second floor of the Casino.
   1. Qualifier tournaments will be divided into two (2), 2-day tournaments. Dates are as follows: 
      1. Tuesday, August 6 – Wednesday, August 7, 2024
      2. Tuesday, August 20 – Wednesday, August 21, 2024
3. Non-invited Club Serrano members may participate in the Battle of the West Slot Tournament Qualifiers in the following ways:
   1. Members may earn 1,000 tier points on August 6 from 12:00am – 6:00pm to be eligible to participate in the August 6 Slot Tournament Qualifier.
   2. Members may earn 1,000 tier points on August 7 from 12:00am – 6:00pm to be eligible to participate in the August 7 Slot Tournament Qualifier.
   3. Members may earn 1,000 tier points on August 20 from 12:00am – 6:00pm to be eligible to participate in the August 20 Slot Tournament Qualifier.
   4. Members may earn 1,000 tier points on August 21 from 12:00am – 6:00pm to be eligible to participate in the August 21 Slot Tournament Qualifier.
4. Invited and eligible Club Serrano members must register at a slot tournament kiosk between 5:00pm – 8:30pm every tournament day to receive their registration code. Tournament codes will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Tournament play will be held each day from 5:00pm – 9:00pm.
   1. Tournament will be Sit & Go style, participants will play one (1) two (2) minute session of the Spin Splosion tournament game to determine their score.
   2. Members may participate once each day. Members will keep the highest score generated to determine final placement.
   3. The top two hundred (200) scores from both Battle of the West Slot Tournament Qualifiers on August 6 – 7 and August 20 – 21 will qualify to play in the Battle of the West Semi-final Slot Tournament on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, for a maximum of four hundred (400) advancing semi-finalists.
6. Results will be announced after the conclusion of each 2-day tournament on August 7 and 21. 
   1. August 7: 1st – 4th place winners have until 10:00pm to claim their prize.
   2. August 21: 1st – 4th place winners have until 10:00pm to claim their prize.
7. In the event that a member places in the top two hundred (200) for both qualifier tournaments, they will be awarded the corresponding Free Play prize for their ranking but will not be given two (2) semi-finalists spots on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
8. Battle of the West Semi-final Slot Tournament:
9. The Battle of the West Semi-final Slot Tournament will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, in the Rockin’ Casino Slot Tournament area located on the second floor of the Casino.
10. Semi-final Slot Tournament will have up to 410 participants.
    1. Ten (10) invited members will join the four hundred (400) qualified participants from the Batlle of the West Qualifier Tournaments.
11. Qualified members must register at a slot tournament kiosk between 5:00pm – 8:30pm to receive their registration code. Tournament codes will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
12. Tournament Play will be held from 5:00pm – 9:00pm
    1. Tournament will be session style; participants will play two (2) 2-minute sessions to determine their score. 
    2. Members may participate twice during the tournament day. Participants will keep the highest score generated to determine final placement. 
    3. The top one hundred (100) scores from the Battle of the West Semi-final Slot Tournament will advance to the Battle of the West Slot Tournament Finale at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 14, 2024.
13. Results will be announced after the conclusion of the tournament on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. 1st-4th place winners have until 10:00pm to claim their prize.
14. Battle of the West Slot Tournament Finale:
15. The Battle of the West Slot Tournament Finale will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, in the slot tournament area at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
16. The Tournament Finale will have up to 205 participants.
    1. Five (5) invited members will join the one hundred (100) members who advanced from the Yaamava’ Resort and Casino at San Manuel’s Battle of the West Semi-final Slot Tournament AND the one hundred (100) members who advanced from Palms Casino Resort’s Battle of the West Semi-final Slot Tournament.
17. Qualified members must register at a slot tournament kiosk between 5:00pm – 8:30pm to receive their registration code. Tournament codes will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
18. Tournament Play will be held from 5:00pm – 9:00pm
    1. Tournament will be Sit & Go style; participants will play one (1) two (2) minute session of the Spin Splosion tournament game to determine their score and finale ranking.
19. Results will be announced after the conclusion of the tournament on Saturday, September 14, 2024. 1st-6th place will have until 10:00pm to claim their prize.
20. A bonus drawing will be held at the conclusion of the tournament for all members who participated in the tournament. Ten (10) winners will receive $200 Free Play. No claim necessary.
21. 1st place winner will not be eligible for the finale bonus drawing.  
22. Free Play Prizes will be valid as follows: $1-$19,999 Free Play valid for seven (7) days; $20,000 - $40,999 Free Play valid for thirty (30) days; $41,000+ Free Play valid for sixty (60) days.
23. Participation into a tournament is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register during the times stated in these official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a tournament to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.
24. Slot Tournament House Rules:
    1. By entering the tournament, each entrant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the tournament.
    2. There will be no cash or TITO tickets involved during tournament play.
    3. Participants must present a valid ID and Club Serrano card upon registration and tournament play.  
    4. Participants agree and acknowledge that touch screen displays used in tournament mode may vary in sensitivity and response to participant activity, and scoring may not display instantly due to rapid calculations. These do not reflect machine failure.
    5. In the event of a tie, the applicable prize money for the tied position and the next place position will be combined and the total split equally amongst all tied entrants.
    6. Winners must provide a valid ID in order to claim prize. 
    7. Participants making repeated false claims of machine failure may be subject to disqualification from future tournaments at management discretion.
    8. In the event a patron cannot complete a round due to a power outage or tilted machine, the patron will be allowed to participate in a different session.
    9. Only the registered participant may play their tournament session, guest accompanying the participant may not enter the tournament area.
    10. Disabled patrons may select a substitute person to participate in the tournament on their behalf, but the entrant must remain physically present at the tournament location.
    11. An entrant who voluntarily withdraws from the tournament area or is eliminated because of violation of tournament rules and regulations must leave the tournament area.  
    12. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility and/or disqualification.
    13. By participating in this promotion, you grant Yaamava’ Resort and Casino permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise utilize your name, city, state, photograph, or any likeness of you for promotional purposes.
    14. Persons who have voluntarily or involuntarily been excluded from the property or who have requested self-exclusion from the property are not eligible to participate in the promotion. 
    15. Yaamava’ independent representative/agents, employees and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the tournament. 
    16. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
    17. Management on Duty will resolve any and all disputes. 
25. The Gaming Operation reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify the promotion at any time without notice.
