A Star-Studded Affair
Who would one expect to find at such an illustrious event? Attendees walked a red carpet alongside household names including Wolfgang Puck, Joe Manganiello, and Caitlin O’Connor. The event extended beyond gastronomy to feature luxury showcases from Rolls-Royce, Happy Jewelers, and Howard’s Appliances, each contributing their own refined flavor to the weekend.
Food & Wine

Flavor took center stage at every turn. Guests embarked on a journey through an opulent dining hall that featured unlimited tastings from 15 distinguished wineries, alongside signature cocktails crafted with precision. Highlights included selections from Pahlmeyer Wines, an exceptional tasting from Eleven Eleven Winery, and artisanal pours from Golden Eagle Vodka.
Of course, no luxury event would be complete without world-class cuisine. Yaamava’ and Chef Oliver Wolf made a statement with an innovative grand tasting, featuring a bite-sized taco layered with A-5 Kobe tartare, pickled mushrooms, and hot honey egg yolk. A showstopper that caught the attention of Wolfgang Puck himself was the Cinco Jotas Ibérico Jamón, elegantly plated with Pan de Cristal, Burrata Espuma, and Cantaloupe Pearls.
To complement these refined bites, guests enjoyed a handcrafted Sage & Soil cocktail, an earthy blend of Lynxx Small Batch Bourbon, shiitake mushroom, sage, and bitters. For those with a sweet tooth, the Raspberry Beret offered a delicate mix of Golden Eagle Vodka, raspberry, lemon, yogurt, and rose water. As attendees enjoyed the offerings, they were able to get an inside look at world-class wines and spirits from Collection 86.
One of the weekend’s most memorable moments came as Yaamava’s Chef Oliver Wolf had a lively conversation with Wolfgang Puck, exchanging thoughts on culinary craft and inspiration.

Chef of the Year: Wolfgang Puck’s Dazzling Showcase
A major highlight of the weekend was the presence of NOBLEMAN Magazine’s “Chef of the Year,” Wolfgang Puck. At his dedicated station, guests were invited to enjoy photo ops, autographs, and an indulgent menu curated by the legendary chef and his team.
Their standout offering; a perfectly seared lamb chop, bursting with depth and flavor. To finish the experience on a high note, visitors were treated to a whimsical dessert station featuring a handcrafted chocolate bar designed to resemble a real cigar, complete with a dry ice presentation that gave it a smokey, theatrical flair. Every bite delivered richness and creativity.
