Yaamava' Resort & Casino Bell Tag Limitation of Liability: In consideration of the receipt and storage of the property for which this check is issued, the holder of this check understands and agrees:

1. Yaamava' Resort & Casino ("Resort") and its employees and related entities shall not be liable for theft, damage, or destruction of the property in the absence of gross negligence.
2. Any claim of loss filed is subject to applicable laws and/or Resort policy.
3. The Resort will only deliver property upon presentation of this check or identification deemed acceptable by Resort at its sole discretion.
4. If property represented by this check is not timely claimed, the Resort may take actions authorized by applicable law to dispose of the property.
5. No firearms or illegal substances are allowed at the Resort.
6. The Resort has the right to electronically scan the property at any time for security reasons. If a firearm is detected, an effort will be made to contact the holder of the property and demand removal of the firearm from the Resort property. In the event the holder of this check cannot be immediately contacted and/or the Resort is not able to confirm legal ownership of the firearm, the Resort will contact the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
