1. Drawing will be held Friday, December 27, 2024, at 6:00pm, 7:00pm, and 8:00pm in BAR BAR BAR.
2. Club Serrano Members that redeem at least three (3) out of the four (4) December Weekly Gifts will receive one (1) entry into the drawing.
   1. Weekly Gifts that are redeemed Monday through Thursday qualify for $50,000 Redeemer Bonus Drawing.  
      1. Friday Gift does not apply as redeemed gift for the drawing.
   2. Members must activate their entry between 5:00pm – 7:50pm by swiping their Club Serrano card AND tapping the drawing tile on any promotional kiosk.
3. At 6:00pm, ten (10) winners will be drawn and will receive $1,000 Free Play. 
4. At 7:00pm, ten (10) winners will be drawn and will receive $2,000 Free Play. 
5. At 8:00pm, two (2) winners will be drawn to participate in a game in the order they were confirmed:
   1. Players will take turns turning over magnets on a magnet board.  
   2. The first player to collect 4 orange gifts magnets will win $15,000 in cash. The other player will win $5,000 in Free Play. 
6. Winners for all drawings will have ten (10) minutes to claim their prize at BAR BAR BAR. The 6:00pm and 7:00pm drawings will not have any redraws. The 8pm drawing will have a maximum of two (2) redraws in an attempt to identify all winners.
7. Members may win once per promotional day.
8. Free Play Prizes will be valid as follows: $1-$19,999 Free Play valid for seven (7) days; $20,000 - $40,999 Free Play valid for thirty (30) days; $41,000+ Free Play valid for 60 days.
9. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate and must be a member of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free. 
10. All rules and conditions stated in Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel Standard Rules for Drawings apply to this promotion, unless otherwise stated in these rules. In the event of contradiction or inconsistency, these rules will take precedence. 
11. Participation into a drawing is not guaranteed if a patron is unable to activate their entries during the times stated in these official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a drawing to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.
12. Gaming Operation reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
     

Am I eligible to receive a gift?
All eligible guests will receive a postcard in the mail or an email informing them of gift qualification. If you did not receive notification in either, you are not eligible for this month's gift. Make sure you use your Club Serrano card while playing to qualify for next month's gift as all of our rewards are based on play.

Can I pick up my gift all at once?
Due to the quantity of the giveaways, Yaamava' can only distribute one piece per week at the schedule listed above. Guests must visit once a week during the scheduled times listed above to pick up each piece. When the month is concluded, guests will have picked up the entire set.

What should I do if I missed one of the weeks?
Due to extremely high demand, we are unable to hold gifts. Gifts can be picked up only during the schedule listed above.

Who can pick up my gift?
In order to ensure you actually receive your gift we do require you to pick them up personally. These gifts are not transferable. Each guest picking up their gift must present valid ID, and their Club Serrano card.

How do I pick up my gift?
Visit us each week, swipe your card in any kiosk, print out your redemption coupon and visit the Club Serrano booth on either floor to redeem.

If I print out my voucher and I do not pick up my gift in time that day, can I come the next day and redeem?

Yes, as long as that week’s redemption date has not expired. For example, if your redemption date is Mon - Wed, December 2 - December 4, 2024, and you printed your ticket out on Monday, December 2, but did not pick up your gift, you have until Thursday morning, December 5 at 7am to redeem.

How are lost or stolen gifts handled?
Once we present each guest with their gift, they are no longer the responsibility of Yaamava' Resort & Casino.

I am unable to wait in line for my gift. Can you make any accommodations for me?
Due to fairness to all of our guests, we cannot accommodate individual requests like this. Each guest will have to wait their turn to receive their gift. Try and come early to cut down on wait time.
